How You Can Set Goals You Will Achieve
We've all done it. We wake up one day, feeling on top of the world, and we write out the goals we'd like to accomplish for the day/week/month/year. However, many times, these lists, while well meaning, are overly ambitious and we never get the chance to cross anything off of them. Am I telling you to become a slacker and never set goals? Not at all!
